Empowering Children’s Participation – Malta

The Empowering Children App aims to promote and support the fundamental right of children to meaningful participation, by having their opinions actively sought and taken into consideration in institutions and systems at various levels and spheres of society.

This is the first digital platform that creates a digital safe environment at national level for children and youths aged under 18, to actively engage and share their thoughts on all matters relating to Government policymaking.

The Empowering Children App will make documents (and public consultations) available in child-friendly versions and give children the opportunity to shape their future on matters that concern them.

If you are under 18 years, we would like you to take part, learn, and express yourselves. We want to encourage your valuable contributions to various ongoing discussions and/or other policies and we will make sure that your feedback is passed on to the right people.
